So...this is "agile" right? :) At least the part that uses sprints non-stop and every two weeks you just get assigned to a new "push" of effort, get an hour or two to catch your breath during the retrospective and then shortly after you're in the next sprint planning meeting?

Ah, absolutely! On its own, the sprint isn't an issue, but yes, as soon as we add the fast-paced and consistency, the non-stop push, in addition to always needing to add more 'work' to the sprint cycle, we begin to operate as the Sprinthoner. And we all know where that leads :)
