Please help me welcome: Sparknotion
When I started my business three years ago, my main focus was coaching. I wanted to build a coaching business that would allow me to work with people who genuinely want to grow and create more impact in their lives and the lives of their people. In retrospect, I've worked with amazing professionals and leaders along the way. I love what coaching has to offer, but moving forward, my business will no longer only be about coaching, it will be about so much more.
I'm excited to share these changes with you.
I fell in love with the Sparknotion name because of the possibilities it inspires. To me, Sparknotion lives at the intersection of thinkers and action-takers, and creatives and dreamers. At its root, Sparknotion is composed of two words: spark and notion. Spark means "to ignite something, which can be an idea, a thought or emotion." Notion means "a conception of or belief of something." Two simple and yet powerful words. It's easy to say and remember.
With the new name comes new online handles. Please follow me on:
New logo (in-progress)
The logo came with the new sparknotion.com domain. It's not a logo I made or had made, although I did tweak it a little. While I like it, it doesn't quite fully capture what Sparknotion is for me. As part of my growth, I’m moving forward with it regardless because there's no such thing as perfect. It's often better to take action than wait for the impossible standard of perfection. Instead, I'll be working on refining it over time.
Sparknotion is about igniting new ways of thinking and being in our personal and professional lives. It's about looking forward. It's about endless possibilities of growth without the added stress and expectations. Initially, Sparknotion will focus on productivity, growth and technology from a personal, professional and team perspective.
Sparknotion's approach to productivity will help you do your best and most inspiring work with less effort to create sustainability in your personal and professional life.
Improving the way we think, the way we learn is at the core of personal growth. When we don't challenge the beliefs we hold and the way we think, growth and expansiveness are impossible. Anyone who's adopted a growth mindset will tell you that their ways of thinking have changed multiple times. Whether you're an action-taker, a dreamer, a supporter, a collaborator, a leader or a blend of these, we all benefit from expanding the way we think. To me, that is what Sparknotion is. It's about creating a space where growth becomes possible.
I'm excited to continue to improve the website to represent this new voice better.
As a first step to offering more, I'm very excited that announce that I'm working on an online course that aims to improve the communication challenges we experience in our teams, especially now that we're mostly working remotely. It will offer explicit material to help anyone learn a straightforward model that will result in an immense increase in communication productivity. I aim to make this course available online by the end of the year.
You can also expect more great content delivered to your inbox (one to two posts per month) to help you be more productive holistically and sustainably, and challenge the way you think.

Everything I'd like to accomplish with Sparknotion is only possible with a strong and vibrant community of like-minded individuals. If this speaks to you, please share this with your friends and family.
